3a) "The team of developers is working on a new feature for the app." (The subject is "team," which is singular.)
3b) "The analysis of the data shows clear trends in user behaviour." (The plural of "analysis" is "analyses," and the subject here is singular.)
3c) Example: "Our product is a wearable fitness tracker designed for the wrist that monitors physical activity." (Use IT product category terms.)
3d) Example: "The application is not limited by nationality and is accessible to a global user base." (Formal vocabulary, no filler.)
